Hair Stylist View Salon & Spa - James Island, SC Join Our Growing Team! View Salon & Spa is seeking a talented, passionate Hair Stylist to join our welcoming and professional salon on James Island. We are looking for a stylist who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a loyal clientele in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you're an experienced stylist or a newer professional eager to grow, we provide the opportunity to develop your career with ongoing education, marketing support, and a positive salon culture. Responsibilities Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, highlighting, balayage, and other hair services. Conduct client consultations to recommend styles, services, and retail products. Build and maintain lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation. Stay current on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming atmosphere. Recommend home-care products to help clients maintain healthy hair. Qualifications Current South Carolina Cosmetology License. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Passion for continuing education and professional growth. Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed. Existing clientele is a plus but not required.
