Provide high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming experience for every client walking through our door Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent consultation and service Recommend and sell retail products to meet guest needs and increase satisfaction Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the salon Use salon software to manage guest records, check-ins, and payments Assist with front desk duties and guest flow when needed Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and education What We're Looking For Stylists Who Have... Active cosmetology license Strong clipper and shear cutting skills Solid knowledge of cosmetology practices and techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Understanding of sanitation and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable recommending products and services Why Join Great Clips/Longitude...
