Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering, cosmetology techniques, color theory, and store management practices. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, barbering, and related services. Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management. Skilled in various beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair threading, and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with retail sales techniques like upselling and retail math to increase product sales effectively. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
