Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons on cosmetology topics including hair styling, coloring, extensions, and esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. Provide hands-on training in skincare, massage therapy, trigger point therapy, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments. Supervise students during practical applications to ensure safety and adherence to industry standards. Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices. Mentor students through personalized guidance, fostering their professional growth and confidence. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, barbering, nail care, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to cosmetology procedures and skincare treatments. Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or student mentoring preferred. Bilingual fluency (English and another language) required to effectively communicate with diverse student populations. Ability to demonstrate techniques such as hair threading, deep tissue massage, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and body waxing. Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles.
