Responsibilities Perform professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences. Conduct hair coloring and highlighting treatments to enhance clients' appearance. Provide expert advice on hair care routines and product recommendations. Apply hair extensions and other specialized techniques to meet client requests. Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. Experience Proven experience working within the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber. Skilled in barbering techniques, hair coloring, styling, and hair extensions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally. Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and grooming. Prior experience in customer service is preferred to ensure a positive client experience.
