Our established and loyal customer base is growing rapidly. Our goal is to fully satisfy our clients as well as take care of our employees. Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all guests with friendly, prompt, and courteous service Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed. Must have Valid TX Cosmetology and/or Barber License The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide great service The desire to deliver consistent quality service The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return Participate on making Calls to clients to ensure a great experience to all clients Recommend hairstyles according to customers needs Leave your clients wanting more! Skills Work experience as a Hair Stylist.
