Position Overview As a Wellness & Beauty Professional, you will provide high-quality services tailored to each client's needs while creating a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional services within your licensed scope of practice, including massage therapy, barbering, hairstyling, grooming, and related wellness or beauty services. Create personalized experiences by listening to clients' goals and recommending appropriate services and products. Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Educate clients on services, products, and wellness practices that support their overall goals. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented salon culture. Qualifications Current Texas license in one of the following: Massage Therapy Barbering Cosmetology Other applicable beauty or wellness-related licensing Passion for helping people look and feel their best. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a successful clientele. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
