Join the Drybar Team Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists Wanted | Saturdays Required | 7AM- 1PM & 1PM- 7PM Shifts Available At Drybar, we focus on one thing and strive to be the best at it: blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. ✨ At Drybar, we don't just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching. Earn $21-$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions — no earning ceiling!) Flexible, set schedules Paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions Ongoing education and skill development with monthly hands-on classes led by our full-time educator Commission opportunities on retail, add-ons, extensions & memberships Growth opportunities in education & management Full-Time Eligible for PTO and health insurance. Part-Time Perfect for balancing school or stylists balancing full-service clientele.

We're Looking For Stylists Who:

Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques Provide exceptional client experiences Thrive in a team environment Bring positive energy and professionalism A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred. ✨ Cosmetology students with 1,300+ hours are encouraged to apply!
