The ideal candidate will provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including foot massages while ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and excellent client communication skills. Candidates should have experience working in the beauty industry and hold valid cosmetology or nail technician credentials. Join us to help clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Perform manicure and pedicure services with precision and attention to detail Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in cosmetology and nail care Ensure all services are delivered in a professional, friendly manner that promotes client satisfaction Adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Comfortable working alone and alongside 1 other technician Comfortable opening and closing the studio Experience Proven experience working as a cosmetologist or nail technician in a professional salon setting Strong skills in manicure, pedicure, and other nail treatments Knowledge of salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and hygiene standards Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively Valid VA cosmetology or nail technician license or certification as required by local regulations Ability to work alone or with co-worker Ability to open and close nail studio Join Refresh to deliver exceptional nail care services that enhance our clients' confidence while enjoying a supportive work environment dedicated to excellence.
