Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience Support store management in daily operations, including retail math calculations for sales transactions and stock replenishment Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Basic knowledge of salon software systems such as

for scheduling and record keeping Familiarity with sanitation procedures critical to maintaining a safe environment for all clients and staff Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background preferred but not required; a passion for hair care, styling, coloring and barbering is highly valued Ability to assist with hair styling techniques including hair coloring, styling, washing.
