In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional shampooing and scalp treatments while supporting stylists with their daily operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while developing essential skills in client service, sanitation, and salon operations. Duties Perform thorough shampooing, scalp massage, and conditioning treatments tailored to each client's hair type and needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by disinfecting tools, chairs, sinks, and workstations regularly Support stylists with hair care services including hair coloring, perms, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin, and hair extensions when needed. Assist with retail product recommendations by understanding basic hair care principles and client preferences Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their services and addressing any questions or concerns Skills Knowledge of hair care techniques including shampooing, conditioning, scalp treatments, and sanitation practices Familiarity with hair coloring, perms, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin, and hair extensions.
