About Us We are a luxury blowout salon focused on high-end wash, scalp care, and styling services. Our goal is to create a simple, elevated experience where every client leaves feeling confident and polished. We are building our founding team and looking for talented Hair Designers to grow with us from the ground up. The Opportunity Join early and help shape the culture and guest experience of a growing salon brand. Strong performers will have opportunities to advance into senior stylist, lead stylist, and management roles as we expand. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner. Listen to client preferences and provide expert styling recommendations Perform shampoo, scalp massage, blowout, and styling services Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and the salon Ensure overall salon readiness and support daily operations Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and salon success Requirements Active Washington State Hair Designer or Cosmetology License Blowout or styling experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Strong communication and customer service skills Weekend/evening availability What We Offer 21-27 $ Hourly pay Flexible scheduling Training and career growth opportunities Modern luxury salon environment Who We're Looking For Friendly, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with a new brand from the beginning.
