Excellence:

Provide exceptional hair services for both women and men, including cutting, styling, blowouts, color, highlights, balayage, lowlights, toning, treatments, and specialty services. Create customized looks that reflect each client's individual style and personality. Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients through exceptional service, communication, consistency, and attention to detail. Conduct thoughtful consultations and make professional recommendations based on each client's needs and goals. Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the Au Courant brand. Arrive prepared and on time and manage your schedule effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Participate in ongoing education and continually develop your technical skills. Collaborate with your fellow stylists and contribute to the overall success and positive energy of the salon. Take ownership of your professional growth, client retention, productivity, and career goals. We're looking for: 3-5 years of experience with men's and women's haircuts and color applications/techniques. A strong sense of team and client loyalty . A genuine desire to build and grow a loyal clientele. Strong technical skills and a commitment to continued education. Excellent consultation and communication skills. A passion for making clients look and feel their best. A professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation. Dependability, punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and support your fellow team members.
