Available as soon as November 2026. Studio 310 is an edgy, modern and is an up-beat salon in a busy location with a lot of traffic and walk-ins. It is easily accessible with great parking . This position is a Monthly booth rental Fee for a sole proprietor Cosmetologist/nail tech/hair stylist Perks is you have the opportunity to sell the products you love with 100% of the profits being urs when u are ready! You are in charge of your own schedule/booking clients In-charge of all supplies and backbar In charge of your own towels/towel service Flexible working hours Growth opportunities and be ur own boss while building your clientele As a Studio-310 Artist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a professional service with all proper licensing
• Cleaning. Sanitation and organizing along with proper (salon etiquette)
• In charge of building your clientele
• Booth Rental (great deal to help get you started)
• Make your own schedule Mon thru Sunday
• Sell and promote your own products of choice ```Skills``` The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
• Proficiency in techniques and trends pertaining to your profession
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
• properly licensed or certified for all beauty services offered
• retail knowledge
• Experience in store management within a salon setting
