Spa Associate J Sterling's Spa - Lake Mary & Altamonte Locations J Sterling's Spa, one of Orlando's top-rated spa brands with six locations , (eight by the end of 2026) is seeking an eager Sales Associate for our high-volume Lake Mary & Altamonte Locations . We are looking for a polished, energetic, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities Welcome, check in, and check out guests while delivering outstanding customer service Sell Memberships//wellness programs and produce 5 star quality customer service Answer phones, book appointments, and clearly communicate spa services Promote enhancements, upgrades, memberships, and gift cards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area, you are responsible for the cleaning and laundry of the spa Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude—serving as the first impression of the spa Collaborate with the team and assist with daily operational needs Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Benefits Hourly pay + commissions + bonuses + raise opportunities based on performance Flexible scheduling with the option to pick up shifts across all 6 spa locations Professional, supportive, and safe work environment Major employee discounts on services and products Opportunities for career growth and advancement 401(k) with employer matching Requirements Exceptional customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly during busy periods Spa or salon experience is a bonus , but not required Familiarity with Zenoti, Microsoft Office, or POS/booking systems is a plus Must be able to work varying shifts Weekdays and Weekends.
