We provide a welcoming, elevated environment where clients come to feel confident, supported, and cared for. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical-aesthetic setting. Experience in a med spa, weight-loss clinic, wellness clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or primary care is preferred. Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome clients and provide an exceptional, professional experience
• Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before and after appointments
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, medications, and allergies
• Assist the provider with consultations, exams, injections, wellness visits, and aesthetic procedures as directed
• Support medical weight-loss patients with follow-up visits, measurements, education, and documentation
• Perform or assist with lab collection, specimen handling, ECGs, and point-of-care testing, if qualified
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and client records
• Review aftercare instructions and reinforce provider recommendations
• Maintain inventory, stock treatment rooms, and follow infection-control protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized, luxury client environment
• Support front-desk flow, appointment readiness, and team communication as needed Qualifications
• Current Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office, med spa, wellness clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or weight-loss practice preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and aesthetic services in an ethical, non-pushy manner
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Benefits
