In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, while expertly guiding clients in floatation instructions, as well as cold plunge and sauna services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help guests feel pampered from the moment they walk through our doors. Whether assisting scheduling, managing retail sales, or maintaining a pristine environment, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier spa services that leave clients feeling refreshed and valued. Duties Greet clients warmly and guide them through available spa services with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate specialized equipment such as floatation tanks, cold plunge, and infrared sauna, safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas, including proper cleaning of equipment, workspaces, and spa laundry Process transactions accurately while handling retail sales and upselling additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction Assist clients in selecting appropriate services, packages and memberships Support the retail area by restocking inventory, organizing displays, and promoting featured products effectively Flexibility in managing multiple areas at once (i.e. front desk, laundry and cleaning facilities) Experience Previous experience working in the beauty or wellness industry is highly preferred, especially in spas or wellness centers Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Experience handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff Retail store experience is advantageous for upselling and product promotion efforts Join us in creating memorable spa experiences where professionalism meets relaxation.
