This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations of the salon, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall cleanliness and presentation of the salon environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling and check-in procedures Maintain cleanliness of the salon by cleaning pedicure chairs and other workstations regularly Set up the salon for each day, including preparing tools, supplies, and work areas for upcoming appointments Assist with refilling products such as nail polishes, lotions, and other supplies to ensure availability during service hours Support nail technicians and staff with any necessary tasks to facilitate efficient service delivery Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting for clients Handle basic administrative duties such as answering phones, managing appointments, and processing payments as needed Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of salon products and services is a plus Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and assist with setup routines Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining smooth salon operations We have two shifts available:
