Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour (includes commission) Job description: Are you looking for a dynamic work environment which compensates you on success? We are in search of a Sales Associate with potential growth opportunities in a stable and positive environment. Our Sales Associates are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Most importantly, this position entails selling memberships and upselling services and gift cards to our clients. You MUST have a

POSITIVE ATTITUDE

with excellent COMMUNICATION and SALES skills to join our team!

Pay:

• $16.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Commission (includes commission) We offer generous compensation/commission for sales results on top of hourly wages earned. Bonus is also awarded several times a year for sales challenges as well as points which are awarded weekly and can be used towards product and or services!

We are looking for candidates who have enough confidence and personality to be in a sales position. Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be flexible in schedule Prior spa experience a plus but not necessary Must be coach-able, confident and comfortable in sales environment Must be available evenings and weekends Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Team player Computer knowledge Perform various other duties as assigned
