Summary We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our team at Salon Source in an Alliance Senior Community. In this role, you will provide a range of beauty services to clients ensuring a high standard of care and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering exceptional salon experiences. Responsibilities Provide a variety of beauty services including hair styling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Deliver excellent guest services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. Assist in managing salon operations, including inventory control. Requirements Valid cosmetology license in the state of Ohio. Because we work in Health Care facilities, background checks are mandatory Proven experience as a beautician or similar role in a salon setting. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments and techniques, including hair styling. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently.
