What We're Looking For We're hiring Licensed Laser Professionals who are passionate about skin health, thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment, and believe in client education, safety, and real outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver a range of advanced laser treatments, including hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation using technologies such as Candela GentleMax Pro, Cutera Enlighten, Solta Clear + Brilliant, Sciton BBL, and InMode Morpheus8. Conduct skin consultations using Fitzpatrick skin typing and assess client candidacy for treatment Educate clients on pre/post-care, package options, and long-term skincare planning Document treatment protocols and notes with accuracy Maintain clinic cleanliness and uphold safety protocols Collaborate with a team to hit client satisfaction and sales KPIs Represent the ALS brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Minimum Requirements Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License 1+ year of hands-on laser experience preferred (training available for strong candidates) Strong communication and consultation skills Ability to manage back-to-back appointments with a positive attitude Team player who is receptive to feedback and growth What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities Structured career growth with quarterly check-ins and promotion paths Eligibility for profit sharing after one year (Clinic Director track) Paid training + continuing education Supportive team culture rooted in accountability and excellence Discounts on treatments A leadership team that actually listens, supports, and invests in your future Our Core Values Professionalism
