to optimize client flow and service efficiency Support with retail sales by recommending hair extensions, styling products, and makeup applications that meet client needs Help with the setup of tools and equipment, including straight razors, hair threading supplies, and color mixing stations Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences and service options while fostering a positive salon atmosphere Requirements Previous experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology training preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Knowledge of hair care techniques, hair coloring, hair extensions, and hair styling fundamentals Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Basic understanding of color theory, barbering techniques including straight razor use, and makeup application is a plus Willingness to learn about store management practices, retail math for product sales, and mentoring junior team members This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in hairstyling while delivering exceptional client experiences.
