You are a stylist, trusted advisor, educator, and encourager. You have the privilege of walking alongside brides during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives, helping them discover the gown that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and truly themselves. Every appointment is an opportunity to create an unforgettable experience built on kindness, expertise, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service. We believe every bride deserves to feel celebrated, regardless of her style, size, investment, or whether she purchases her gown during her visit. Our Bridal Stylists combine outstanding customer service, professional styling knowledge, and confident sales skills to create the signature Blush experience. Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver the Blush Experience Welcome every bride and guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. Create an inviting, relaxed, and memorable appointment from beginning to end. Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication. Guide brides through every step of the shopping experience with confidence and professionalism. Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. Bridal Styling Learn each bride's vision, personality, venue, and priorities. Select gowns that align with her style while thoughtfully introducing new possibilities. Educate brides on silhouettes, fabrics, construction, fit, alterations, timelines, and customization options. Style complete bridal looks using veils and accessories. Maintain expert knowledge of all designers, collections, pricing, and current trends. Sales Excellence Build genuine relationships that inspire confidence and trust. Confidently guide brides toward saying "yes" when the right gown has been found. Focus on creating value rather than relying on discounts. Meet or exceed established sales and closing-rate expectations. Complete detailed appointment notes and follow-up communication promptly. Boutique Standards Maintain beautiful presentation throughout the showroom. Steam gowns and ensure merchandise is presentation-ready. Return gowns to their proper locations after every appointment. Assist with visual merchandising, displays, inventory organization, and seasonal updates. Keep bridal suites clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Assist with special events, trunk shows, photo shoots, and studio promotions. Teamwork Support fellow stylists during busy appointments. Celebrate team successes and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Embrace coaching and continuous improvement. Uphold the Blush Core Values and Gold Standards in every interaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred. Bridal, fashion, or luxury retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn. Passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel their best. Weekend availability is required. Saturdays are our busiest day, and Bridal Stylists are expected to work weekends as part of their regular schedule. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Assist brides in and out of bridal gowns. Lift and carry bridal gowns and garment bags. Bend, kneel, and reach while assisting brides and maintaining the showroom. Perform light housekeeping, steaming, and merchandising tasks throughout the day.
