Job Description:
Position Title:
Costume and Wardrobe Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
  • This position is ideal for students passionate about fashion, design, or theatrical arts, providing real-world experience in costume design and management.
This position is reserved for Federal Work Study (FWS) students only.
FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
  • Help design, create, and alter costumes for various productions.
  • Manage the organization and maintenance of the costume inventory and create a photo map and directory to help casts replace costumes in storage in the correct places.
  • Assist actors with quick changes and costume fittings during performances.
  • Work closely with the costume designer to bring creative visions to life.
  • Ensure all costumes are cleaned and stored properly after shows.
