Applicants must not currently own or operate an aesthetics business or clinic Responsibilities Regularly post content for and with M&W Aesthetics and Wellness Be comfortable on camera for social media content Bring new patients and existing patient to clinic Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and recommended treatments to promote retail sales. Manage appointments efficiently using salon software , ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, managing inquiries, and supporting social media management efforts to boost client engagement. Upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction. Support team members with management tasks as needed to foster a collaborative environment focused on excellence. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa environment. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state law. Experience with salon management software is preferred for seamless appointment scheduling and client management. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities to build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to skincare and beauty services is essential for maintaining a safe environment.

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
