Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician and Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality eyelash services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in cosmetology and a passion for beauty.Duties:
- Perform eyelash extensions and other related services with precision and attention to detail
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their desired look
- Apply eyelash extensions using safe and sanitary techniques
- Ensure client comfort throughout the service by maintaining a calm and relaxing environment
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing payments
- Actively promote retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash and skin care
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician certification
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques, styles, and materials
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
