to ensure smooth workflow Oversee the execution of a wide range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and more Ensure strict sanitation and safety protocols are followed in compliance with health regulations and industry standards Conduct client consultations to recommend personalized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and tattooing Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards Coordinate social media management efforts to showcase services, client transformations, and special promotions to attract new clients Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, client preferences, and inventory levels using salon management systems Experience Proven management experience within the beauty or med spa industry with strong leadership skills Hands-on experience performing aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation techniques Familiarity with salon software platforms like Millennium or
