Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all equipment, treatment rooms, and tools to ensure client safety. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their concerns, and providing tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs. Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and support clients' ongoing skincare routines. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements to continually enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience in skincare, esthetic laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures. Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and skin rejuvenation techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their aesthetic goals. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols for all treatments and equipment. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail sales or client consultation is a plus but not required.
