Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at C Spa & Beauty, a premier spa located in downtown Saratoga, CA. This is a Part Time Position specifically requiring to cover 6 hours on Sunday and Wednesday. ( 12 hour total per week ) . This position able to oThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest and customer service, demonstrated success in providing exceptional skincare treatments, and have a strong passion for unleashing the beauty in others. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, educating clients on skincare routines, and ensuring their comfort during treatments. Qualifications Must possess a current/valid estheticians' license within the state of California. Minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the following services: facials, sugaring. Strong background in guest services and customer service to enhance client interactions. Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively promote products to clients. Familiarity with front desk operations to assist in administrative tasks as needed. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service. Benefits Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time Compensation includes: base-pay, commission, tips Paid training Employee discount on all retail products Paid no show/ late cancel of appointments Responsibilities Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and sugaring. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients about skincare regimens and recommend retail products for home use. Perform front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and checking in/out customers and laundry as required. Assist other team members with general upkeep of the spa facility . Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
