Duties Perform a wide range of lash, brow, and skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care Provide spa services such as body waxing, waxing services to meet client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended retail products to support their ongoing skin health Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Engage in effective client communication and cross/up selling to understand individual skincare goals and deliver tailored aesthetic treatments Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on client skin types and concerns Support the team with additional services and other aesthetic treatments as needed Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in lash, brow, and skincare Proven experience in performing lash extensions, lash lift and tints, brows, facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, and other advanced aesthetic procedures are encouraged. Strong knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and sales skills Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and provide exceptional customer service Ability to perform waxing services including body waxing with attention to detail and hygiene standards Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment Demonstrated sales skills for retail product demos and promoting aesthetic treatments effectively A passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals through professional expertise and personalized care

Pay:

$15.50 - $39.90 per hour
