Complete Derm Live// Attend Massage Heights body + face Dermalogica Core Class after New Hire Training. Work at the front desk Promote a positive image of Massage Heights body + face to Team Members and Guests Participate and promote participation in OffSite Events Help promote the Retreat by means of Referrals, Guest Passes, etc. Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours Recommended to work:•At least two nights per week as these are our busiest days•Provide excellent Guest service. Implement all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with all Guests on a consistent basis. Suggest treatment based on observations Educate Guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available Recommend and be able to perform and train Protocols and Elevations with consistency according to brand standards: Skin Analysis, Aromatherapy, Hand and Arm Touch Therapy, Pressure Point Facial Massage, European Facial Massage, Manual Extractions, Skin Enriching-Galvanic/Ultrasound, Skin Refining•High Frequency, Skin Purifying•Vacuum Suction, BioActive Peel, Personal Marketing Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular facial treatments Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest's experience at home Stay updated on retail products and promotions available in the Retreat Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members Work Remotely No We do not discriminate .
