Job Summary:

We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. We are seeking passionate, skilled, and guest-focused Estheticians to join our opening team and help shape the future of wellness at Keystone's premier luxury property. The Esthetician provides exceptional skincare services, delivers personalized and results-driven treatments, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism within a luxury spa environment. This role includes facials, advanced skincare treatments, body services, and wellness enhancements, all delivered with a strong focus on guest experience, education, and customization in alignment with Forbes-level service expectations.

• -Provide facials to guests
• Provide waxing treatments to guests who may request such a treatment either ahead of the appointment or during the appointment
• Provide makeup applications to guests and bridal groups
• Be able to maintain a regular schedule
• Promote and sell appropriate skin care products
• Maintain all aspects of room and instrument sanitation
• Partakes in monthly events when required
• Works well within the spa team environment
• Able to conduct spa tours when necessary
• Prepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment within the facial room
• Be comfortable to prescribe the appropriate treatments to a guest
• Keep facial rooms stocked and maintained during and after use
• Be upbeat and have fun!
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
