Your local medical spa is growing and hiring for a licensed and insured esthetician. You must have an active license and carry your own insurance. You will be contracted out and 1099 to start. There is a 30-90 day grace period where will have you trained by our specialist with our techniques and shadow our day to day. You will be transitioned into an employee starting in January 2027. Your job title will be for an esthetician specializing in facial services, waxing, and body treatments. $16 per hour plus commission 10-30% based on how much experience you have, plus 100% tips and discounted/free services or products. We require a 6 month commitment with 2 day per week minimum, with one half Saturday per month. We are trying to find someone who would like to grow with us and mentor while the owner goes back to school for another degree in dermatology. Possibility of taking over the business is an option down the line as well. We are 6 years in business with 8 years in the industry with many specialities and a doctor on staff and spray tan artist too. Must have current license with 6 months of experience, valid driver license, a car for transportation, and ability to work 2 days per week.
