Job Description

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of professional full body waxing experience Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology License Strong Brazilian/full-body waxing skills Excellent sanitation and infection-control practices Warm, polished, and professional communication Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and committed to exceptional results Comfortable recommending appropriate aftercare and retail products Strong client retention and rebooking mindset Ability to work independently in a boutique studio environment Passion for beauty, wellness, and elevated client experiences Required Skills/Abilities Licensed esthetician- prefer experience with hard wax Fun and loving personality a must! Attention to detail Customer service oriented Ability to sell, or willing to learn Ability to work with little direction Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION

$21/hour base + 10% service commission
