The Tox Clearwater is seeking licensed estheticians and massage therapists to join our founding team. No experience with our technique is required - we provide comprehensive training at our NYC headquarters and invest in your long-term success. You'll master our proprietary lymphatic facial & body sculpting technique while building lasting relationships with clients. Educate clients on maintenance, wellness and retail products. Maintain exceptional sanitation standards and treatment room presentation. Build lasting client relationships that encourage retention and referrals. Participate in training, events and studio growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician or Massage Therapy License. Passion for wellness, luxury service and creating an exceptional client experience. Strong hands-on skills with attention to detail and a willingness to master a highly specialized technique. Warm, confident communicator who builds trust and lasting client relationships. Professional, dependable and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and care. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Able to pass a rigorous training program to perform The Tox Technique in a consistent manner with all clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a luxury spa, boutique wellness studio, medical spa or hospitality environment. Confidence recommending retail products and educating clients on treatment plans and long-term wellness. Comfortable participating in events and representing The Tox within the community. Eager to learn, receive feedback, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding luxury wellness brand. Travel required:

Candidates must be available to travel to New York City for one week in late August / early September 2026 . All travel, accommodations and training expenses are fully covered.
