Job Description

Now Hiring:

Medspa Technician(Esthetician, Nurse, Medical Esthetcian , and/or Electrologist ) We are looking for a Motivated, people-loving Technician to join our growing team! (We will give you all the training needed to perform)

Location:

Venice FL OR North Port FL As a Medspa Technician, you'll deliver results-driven body treatments like CryoSkin, Tshape2, Ems etc. , while helping clients feel welcomed, confident, and empowered. You'll play a vital role in our client experience—from the first smile at check-in to the final touch of a session. Being able to operate independently and handle different situations appropriately that arise is extremely important.

What We Offer:

$27-32/hour (based on experience) 10-20 % commission on all packages sold monthly (ability to make $750-$2,500 extra commission a month) Certification & training provided (Esthetician , RN, LPN ,electrologist) Supportive team atmosphere Complimentary treatments for staff Growth opportunities as we expand services and locations

Responsibilities:

Perform TShape2, Cryoskin, EMS body treatments (training provided) Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Educate clients about services and packages Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records Keep treatment rooms clean and well-stocked Maintain client relationships independently Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements:

5 plus years experience working in a medical spa or aesthetics or wellness environment 4+ years of sales experience (preferably in a service or wellness setting) Must be comfortable moving and operating equipment daily Must be comfortable consulting with clients Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Able to make clients feel at ease and confident Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping people Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ready to Join Us? Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
