If you enjoy helping clients achieve their skincare goals, building lasting relationships, and expanding your skills in medical aesthetics, we would love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and HydraFacial treatments within your qualifications and our clinical protocols. Provide laser hair removal using Candela GentleMax and perform electrolysis within your training, authorization, and required supervision. Perform CoolSculpting, Venus Legacy, and other body contouring treatments after appropriate training and competency verification. Conduct thorough consultations, review client history and contraindications, assess treatment suitability, and explain realistic results and aftercare. Recommend appropriate treatment plans and home care products based on each client's needs and goals. Maintain accurate treatment records and follow sanitation, equipment, and safety protocols. Support client retention through thoughtful follow-up, consistent service, and professional communication. Collaborate with the team to keep appointments running smoothly and provide a welcoming client experience. Required Qualifications Active Florida Facial Specialist registration or another Florida credential permitting the required facial services. Active Florida Electrologist license in good standing. Documented eligibility to perform laser and light-based hair removal in Florida, including applicable training and certification requirements. Hands-on experience performing skincare treatments and laser hair removal. Strong consultation, communication, and documentation skills. A dependable, professional, and collaborative approach. Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays and weekend shifts. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience in a medical spa or medical aesthetics practice. Experience operating Candela GentleMax. Experience treating a range of skin types. Experience with HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, Venus Legacy, or similar treatments.
