Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct specialized procedures such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other permanent makeup techniques with precision and safety Follow all tattooing and piercing safety regulations, ensuring strict adherence to sanitation and infection control protocols Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Assist clients with makeup application for special occasions or daily wear, enhancing their natural features confidently Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments to support client goals and business growth Skills Proven expertise in lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other aesthetic tattoo techniques Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control procedures, and safety regulations for tattooing and piercing practices Excellent client communication skills to understand needs, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience Deep understanding of color theory, anatomy knowledge related to facial structures, and skin types for optimal treatment outcomes Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and make-up application is highly desirable Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management Ability to educate clients on skincare options while demonstrating professionalism in a fast-paced environment Sales skills to recommend appropriate products or treatments that meet client needs while supporting business objectives Join us as a Licensed Esthetician where your artistry meets innovation!
