Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs. Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing included), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain procedures clearly, and provide a relaxing experience. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions. Support retail sales efforts by recommending suitable skincare products and promoting ongoing client engagement. Skills Proven expertise in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Strong knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to maintain high sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Effective sales skills to promote skincare products and retail items confidently. Good communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. Experience in cosmetology or related esthetic fields preferred; certification in esthetician or cosmetology license required where applicable.
