Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skincare services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Skincare & Treatment Services Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and customized skin treatments. Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products. Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes. Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations. Client Service & Front Desk Duties Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival. Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate scheduling. Assist with retail skincare product recommendations and sales. Address client questions or concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Operational Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas. Follow all medical spa protocols, safety procedures, and state licensing regulations. Monitor inventory levels for treatment supplies and retail products. Support team members and assist with daily spa operations as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Active Esthetician License in good standing. Electrologist License (not required but a plus) Certification or training in laser hair removal preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask between treatment services and front desk responsibilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or POS systems preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a medical spa or dermatology practice. Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products. Sales experience with skincare or retail products.
