- Must be available to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Job Summary Join our dynamic spa team as a Spa Assistant (W2 employee) and Licensed Esthetician (1099 Contractor), where your passion for health,skincare and aesthetic treatments will help clients look and feel their best!
In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional spa services, including Signature Facials, HydraFacials, HydraScalp, HeadSpa, and Salt Scrubs as a Licensed Esthetician. In addition, you will assist clients at the front desk, help the team with laundry and cleaning in a part-time role as Spa Assistant. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in skincare, health & wellness, while making a positive impact on every guest's experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism Deliver waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing to ensure client comfort and satisfaction Provide expert advice on skincare routines and recommend retail products to support clients' aesthetic goals Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure safety for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and deliver exceptional customer service Assist in promoting spa services and retail sales through engaging client interactions and personalized recommendations Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and follow-up care instructions to ensure continuity of care Experience Valid Georgia Esthetician license required Experience in skincare treatments.
- We provide training on HeadSpa, HydraFacials, HydraScalp, and Salt Scrubs and our Signature Facials.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with effective communication skills Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment An appreciation for laundry and cleaning is a must. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while ensuring client satisfaction Previous experience with Meevo Booking Software and in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning new techniques is valued Join us in creating a relaxing atmosphere where clients feel pampered from the moment they walk through the door.
