Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist (Part-Time) Blue Divine Aesthetics | Buckhead, Atlanta Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader experienced in laser and energy-based treatments. This role requires strong consultation skills, clinical excellence, and the ability to drive results through customized treatment plans and client accountability. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced treatments including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation
• Develop customized treatment plans using skin analysis and the Fitzpatrick scale
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare
• Educate clients on homecare and treatment series
• Drive retail and package sales
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow protocols
• Capture before & after content for marketing
• Build strong client relationships and retention Qualifications
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician (Georgia required)
• Experience with laser and energy-based devices
• Strong understanding of diverse skin types and Fitzpatrick scale
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare
• Strong sales and consultation skills
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and self-motivated Compensation & Schedule
• $25/hour during training, increasing to $30/hour

• Part-time:

  approximately 25 hours per week
• Commission on package sales & retail, with tiered increases based on performance.
