Job Description
Job Overview Divine Spa is looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Head Spa Technician to join our growing aesthetics and wellness team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a relaxing client experience, has a passion for scalp health and beauty, and takes pride in providing high-quality, thoughtful service. Position Overview The Head Spa Technician will perform luxury scalp and hair wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation, scalp cleansing, circulation, hydration, and overall client satisfaction. This person should be comfortable working directly with clients, explaining services, recommending treatment options, and maintaining a clean, spa-like environment. Responsibilities Perform head spa treatments, scalp cleansing, massage, hydration, and relaxation services Create a calm, elevated, and professional client experience from start to finish Assess basic scalp and hair concerns and recommend appropriate services or products Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness, and treatment room setup Educate clients on scalp care, aftercare, and treatment benefits Assist with booking follow-ups and promoting Divine Spa services Keep accurate client notes when needed Support the team with daily spa operations and client flow Stay knowledgeable about Divine Spa's services, products, and promotions Ideal Candidate Has experience in cosmetology, esthetics, massage, spa services, or hair/scalp treatments Is professional, reliable, and client-focused Has excellent communication and customer service skills Enjoys hands-on beauty and wellness services Pays close attention to detail and cleanliness Has a calm, nurturing presence and loves helping clients feel relaxed and cared for Is willing to learn Divine Spa's specific head spa protocols and client experience standards Preferred Qualifications Cosmetology or esthetician license preferred Prior spa, salon, or medspa experience preferred Experience with scalp treatments, shampooing, massage, or luxury wellness services is a plus Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available.
