Willow River Head Spa is opening soon in East Cobb / Marietta, Georgia, and we are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our founding team. Willow River is a luxury head spa built around two core areas of care: Scalp Wellness & Relaxation and Hair Preservation. We provide restorative head spa rituals, personalized scalp care, and results-driven programs designed to support healthier scalps, preserve healthier hair, and deliver deep relaxation. After Grand Opening :

$20 per hour OR 45% commission on services performed — whichever is greater each pay period After 90 days: Transition to 45% commission 100% Tips Commission and bonus/incentives for retail sales, membership sign-ups, packages and gift card sales, achieving company sales milestones, private group events, and special experiences Spa Hours Monday•

Saturday:

10:00 AM•7:00 PM Closed Sundays Private Events outside of business hours Flexible scheduling available. Responsibilities Perform Willow River's luxury head spa rituals, scalp wellness treatments, and Hair Preservation services in accordance with established protocols and within the scope of your license and training Conduct professional scalp analyses using digital scalp imaging and the Becon AI-Driven Scalp and Hair-Loss Analysis device Help guests understand their scalp and hair attributes, track measurable progress, and follow personalized care recommendations Deliver a consistently elevated guest experience through luxury, personalization, expertise, and concierge-level care Provide skilled scalp cleansing, massage, steaming, conditioning, and treatment techniques Learn Willow River's professional and retail product lines and confidently recommend appropriate care Educate guests about scalp wellness, healthier hair habits, and the importance of consistent care Maintain exceptional treatment-room, sanitation, equipment, and guest-safety standards Support scheduling needs, room preparation, service transitions, and daily spa operations Participate in Willow River's social media and marketing content, including occasional photos and short-form videos Contribute to a calm, welcoming, collaborative, and team-oriented spa environment Qualifications Active Georgia Esthetician License required Strong hands-on skills and confidence providing massage, cleansing, and personalized guest care Genuine interest in scalp wellness, hair preservation, product knowledge, and results-driven care Warm, polished, professional, and service-oriented personality Coachable and willing to learn new products, protocols, equipment, and advanced scalp-analysis technology Strong communication skills and the ability to explain recommendations without overwhelming the guest Enthusiasm to participate in social media photos and videos as part of the role Dependable, team-oriented, and excited to help build a new business Interested in working in a boutique environment where every detail of the guest experience matters Previous head spa experience is preferred.
