Crystal Rivers Massage Spa is a luxury boutique day spa in Powder Springs, Georgia, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a professional, relaxing environment. We are looking for a talented, motivated Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about lash artistry and excited to help us build and grow our lash clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who enjoys both lashes and skincare and wants to grow with an established, highly rated spa. Position Overview The primary focus of this role is providing high-quality lash extension services while helping establish and grow our lash program. When lash appointments are not scheduled, the selected candidate will also perform esthetic services including facials, facial waxing, brow services, and recommend professional skincare products. All supplies, equipment, scheduling, front desk support, marketing, and treatment room are provided by the spa.

Initial Schedule Fridays:

12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Additional days and hours may become available as client demand grows. Primary Responsibilities Classic Lash Extensions Hybrid Lash Extensions Volume Lash Extensions Lash Fills Lash Lifts Lash Tinting Brow Services Facial Waxing Professional Facials (when scheduled) Retail product recommendations Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation Complete client documentation and SOAP notes Deliver exceptional customer service and client education Qualifications Current Georgia Esthetician License Lash Extension certification and/or experience required Strong sanitation and infection control practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable photographing work for social media (with client permission) Team-oriented with a desire to grow alongside the business Compensation & Benefits W-2 Employee Competitive commission structure 100% gratuities Retail sales commission Employee discounts Professional, supportive work environment Opportunity for additional hours as the lash department grows Preferred Qualifications Existing lash clientele (not required) Experience with brow lamination and tinting Experience performing customized facials Passion for luxury guest experiences Strong attention to detail Why Join Crystal Rivers Massage Spa?
