Aesthetic RN - Laser & Skin Specialist Well Lab | Snellville, GA $35-$42/hour + performance incentives Are you an RN who is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best? Well Lab is looking for a motivated Aesthetic RN / Laser & Skin Specialist to join our growing aesthetics and wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who wants to build a career in the rapidly growing field of medical aesthetics and work with advanced aesthetic technology in a luxury, client-focused environment. You do NOT need to be an injector to apply. We are especially interested in nurses with experience in laser treatments, dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, plastics, medspa, or other patient-facing clinical environments. We are also open to exceptional RNs who are new to aesthetics and are excited to learn. What You'll Do As an Aesthetic RN, you will help clients achieve their skin and wellness goals through personalized consultations and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities may include:

Conducting client consultations and skin assessments Developing individualized treatment recommendations based on client goals Performing laser and advanced aesthetic treatments according to Well Lab protocols Operating aesthetic technology safely and confidently Educating clients about their treatments, expected results, and aftercare Recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment plans Providing exceptional, personalized client experiences Taking before-and-after photographs and maintaining accurate client records Following all clinical, safety, sanitation, and documentation protocols Educating clients about memberships, treatment plans, and skincare routines Following up with clients and helping create long-term treatment relationships Participating in ongoing training and education Staying current on aesthetic technology, skincare, and treatment techniques Supporting the growth of Well Lab's aesthetics department Experience With These Services Is a Plus Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required for the right candidate : Medical lasers Skin resurfacing Facial aesthetics Body contouring Cryotherapy RF treatments Microneedling Chemical peels Medical-grade skincare Dermatology Medspa or aesthetic practices Training may be provided for the right candidate. We're more interested in finding someone who is smart, coachable, professional, confident with clients, and genuinely passionate about aesthetics than someone who simply has a long list of devices on their resume. The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you are: A currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics Professional, polished, friendly, and personable Comfortable communicating with clients Naturally good at educating and building trust Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Comfortable learning new technology and treatment protocols Motivated by personal and professional growth Comfortable recommending products and services based on client needs Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team You DON'T have to be an injector.
