Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This role is perfect for a confident & independent injector looking to expand her practice by accessing our large and growing aesthetic and dermatology audiences. This position is not a good fit for injectors who use excessive tox or filler - we emphasize natural outcomes. Responsibilities Administer toxin, filler and Sculptra injections with precision and using the minimum necessary amount to achieve natural beauty restoration, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards Educate clients on available treatments, product options, and aftercare to foster informed decision-making Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety during all procedures Manage client consultations from initial assessment through follow-up care to optimize results and satisfaction Engage in social media management by sharing treatment results, promoting services, and building community engagement to attract new clients Qualifications Valid nursing license or cosmetology certification with specialized training in aesthetic injection techniques Minimum 5 years experience as an Aesthetic Injector. Strong knowledge of management practices including retail sales, upselling techniques, and client retention strategies Highly skilled in administering injections such as toxins, fillers and Sculptra with attention to detail and safety Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions

Compensation:

directly tied to productivity Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
