Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, laser hair removal, and skin tightening procedures. Deliver expert waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable skincare treatments and product solutions tailored to each client's needs. Utilize salon software like
MINDBODY
to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and uphold health standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through clear communication about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance their experience. Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments that align with their goals. Qualifications Valid state license as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermal fillers. Skilled in performing waxing services including body waxing and hair threading; experience with eyelash extensions and tinting services is a plus. Knowledge of laser hair removal technology and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management. Commitment to sanitation procedures, safety standards, and professional ethics in all treatments performed.
