Love skincare and connecting with clients? Fizz Facial Bar is hiring licensed Skin Pros to deliver our signature facial experience in a fun, high-energy bar-style setting. What You'll Do Perform facial treatments following Fizz Flow protocol Educate clients on skin health and recommend home-care products Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience every visit Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready between appointments Stay current on new treatments, products, and protocols through ongoing training What We're Looking For Active esthetician or cosmetology license (required) A love for a fast-paced, high-energy work environment Strong client-service and communication skills Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting Strong retail recommendation skills to clients based on skin type and facials Why Fizz Built-in book of business through membership model Employee facials, quarterly gratis, and product discounts Ongoing education to grow your skincare expertise Clear path to Lead Skin Pro for top performers

ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

valid state-issued Esthetic or Cosmetology license able to perform up to 12 express facials per day weekend rotation availability self-motivated great with people loves an upbeat, fast-paced environment team player fast learner up for a challenge can work on and think on your feet great with product recommendations and routine design ability to meet requirements for self-promotion on social media and in the community We have a second location in Lexington and incentives are offered to be available to float between locations.
