Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction. Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and retail items through engaging product demos and personalized consultations. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health and safety regulations during treatments and equipment sterilization. Provide excellent client communication by explaining procedures clearly, answering questions confidently, and ensuring a relaxing experience. Stay current with industry trends and new aesthetic techniques to continually elevate service quality. Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and treatments that align with clients' goals. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in esthetic laser treatment preferred. Proven experience in skincare, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments. Ability to promote retail sales effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Passion for continuing education in esthetic treatments and skincare innovations.
